Ensure our new product features are incorporated into sales assets, and the sales team is trained on how to effectively communicate those updates.

• Develop a demo of the new features for customers and prospects

• Re-certify the sales team on how to demo the product to customers

Influence product roadmap with feedback from the field

To achieve product-market fit, it’s important to continually talk to our customers and act on their feedback. As the Sales engineer, part of your responsibility is facilitating the translations from customer feedback to product updates.

• Join calls with 10 existing customers and lost prospects to identify gaps in our product
• Identify 3 key areas of improvement in the product that will be most impactful for customers
• Brief product and engineering teams on 3 product updates needed
